Allergy & Ingredient Notice

At Empress Cakery, all products are made in a kitchen that handles a variety of ingredients.

While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from allergens.

Our kitchen regularly handles:

Wheat (Gluten)

Eggs

Milk

Soy

Nuts (including peanuts and tree nuts)

Sesame

Sulphites

If you or your guests have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us before placing your order.

We strongly advise customers with severe allergies to carefully consider the risk of cross-contamination, as our products are prepared in a shared kitchen environment.

Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.

Empress Cakery cannot accept liability for allergic reactions where allergens have not been disclosed prior to production.

Custom & Allergen-Friendly Orders

We may be able to accommodate certain dietary requests (e.g. egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free).

However, please note:

Products described as “gluten-free” or “nut-free” are made using alternative ingredients but are still prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens.
